There has been times when SNES9X would run perfect on Windows, but the catch is that the window's aspect ratio (usually 4:3) is hard to maintain when resizing. On the other hand, I have no problems at all with FCE Ultra. NES games on that emulator are well-played and it takes the guesswork out of maintaining the aspect ratio on that one, of course when resizing. My monitor's display is always 1280x800, and seeing these games in action is what's easy for the eye.

Heh, that's how it is for me. I have to clean icons and files from the desktop every once in awhile because I seem to have a tendency to randomly store things there.

My home desktop hasn't changed since last month, so here's my work desktop:

Background is a photo of a Gamecube CPU, seemed appropriate and I preferred it to the branded backgrounds provided.

I now use bsnes exclusively, though ZSNES may be a good option for me eventually. A GPLed SNES emulator written in C99 with a GUI that uses Qt widgets? It's a dream come true...

Also, you may be seeing new screens from me later this month if I decide Kubuntu 8.10 is right for me. I'm just not sure KDE 4.1 is mature enough yet.
Welcome to the 21st Century.

OK, now that looks pretty sweet, I'll probably build it from source like I do with bsnes. I still don't like GTK+. I'm looking forward to the eventual ZSNES rewrite, as the only GPLed (or one of the few, I don't know) SNES emulator around, it's the only one that can have a Qt GUI, and it will apparently. But bsnes is GTK+ too, and it'd be nice to have a SNES emulator with savestate, SuperFX, and SA-1 support.

That's the company that created Wipeout, and I love the third one.

For me it's the company behind Barbarian, Lemmings, Shadow of the beast.
Could be I've been around longer
