Default How to play .pac files ripped from a PS1 game?

Hi. I've been trying to rip music from a PS1 game, hyakujuu sentai gaoranger. The files I got from this game were mostly .pac, .xa, and .str files.

xa and str files were only voice and video files. That leaves only .pac files. Someone said that these are only midi like instruments and can be played with PSound individually. What my question is that is there any way to play them as how its played in game?

Here are the pac files for this game: https://mega.nz/#F!CxUWSagZ!l1DJ2N-F2X_mbjIFcCjglw

Probably because the sequence file is compressed, it will be easy to obtain if you extract the file according to the algorithm or take it out of the emulator memory.

Oops, sorry. This game file is very complicated. Check that link. The format is the same, so please refer to it.
