Rest assured, none of the years, even decades old software on this site can harm your computer.
Unfortunately, a lot of old software nowadays gets identified as a virus even though it isn't one, or is so old that it wouldn't even matter if it was. All it takes is a few virus scanners to flag some piece of code it finds suspicious, and Google will flag a site and make it inaccessible.
The real victim is old software, because the only way to overcome being flagged as an infected site is to delete the file. Today's victim is the English version of
nesterJ, an emulator last updated 13 years ago. Some virus scanners identify this as a virus, so Google flagged all the files on ZD as infected.
