Default AFC decoded

I have, though substantial hackery (much thanks to gcemu for making it possible!) built a decoder for the AFC audio used in Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. http://www.hcs64.com/in_cube.htmlCheck it out</a>.
Note that you need to rename the .AST files in TP to .AFC for them to be correctly recognized.
