Default Game genie question

You can patch a Game genie and PAR code to a NES rom but how do you patch a Game Genie code to an .nsf file? I tried with fail. renaming the .nsf to .nes and patching it doesn't work.

Well, an NSF is not a game... It's a NES Sound Format, so I don't know what kind of code you have for that, unless you didn't know this.

Yes, i know what an nsf is. You can apply Game Genie codes to .NSF files using nesterj and they as effive as if it were to actual game.

Well...why do you want to apply a Game Genie code to an NSF?

If you have the right codes for Battletoads' NSF tracks, you can unlock some awesome square wave solos that would make Hendrix cry.
