Kaettekita Mario Bros. (FDS)

Hello everyone. So I downloaded Kaettekita Mario Bros. for the FDS and I am trying to play it. After the first advertisement, which is when I am supposed to switch to the other side of the disk, the screen glitches up and I can't continue. It only happens after the cereal and Mario 3 advertisements, but not after the other advertisement. I have tried a few different emulators and both the 8k bios and the 40k bios. I tried to make sure to get the 'clean' rom and not any overdumps or alternates. So is this a known problem with the rom? Is there a fix for it?
