Default cassini 3.0

Does anyone know how to get the newest version? Googles cache indicates that 3.0 was released before their site went down, but all download links are dead as well. I would love to check it out if anyone has a copy.

Bit torrent. You can find version 5.0 there, it's hard to get working, but it is greatly improved.

What is the story behind this? Most sources I heard from indicated it was just a hacked GiriGiri Saturn with a frontend bolted on. The 'official' story was that they'd decompiled GiriGiri Saturn and worked with the resulting sources (a story which I thought of as implausible at best). Have things changed?

I checked out all the usual trackers and couldn't find it. I also checked gnutella2. Is it the best saturn emulator or am I just wasting my time?
Thanks for the help.

I never used any of the official versions of GiriGiri except for what is available here. I know Cassini 5.0 was better than 1.0, it was harder to get working but ran what I tried faster. I ended up uninstalling it though, even if it was faster it was still too slow to be fun to play on my computer.

I found it in a huge archive of Saturn emulation-related things, there were three or four emulators (Two versions of Cassini, I believe) in it and a couple of utilities to organize your ISOs and such.

How'd you even get it working? I don't have this version 5, but I did have version 1, and I for the life of me couldn't get it working. It's too bad, I was curious as to if it'd run this copy of Panzer Dragoon Zwei I have sitting here.

I'll have to download it again to see for sure but in 1.0 there are some options to modify your ISO, I needed to use these on the game I was trying to run to even get it to load, and then I still had trouble with it.
