Translhextion - Hex/text editor
YY-CHR - Graphics editor
FF3usME - Edits pretty much everything
FF3Ed - I use it for the font and dialogue editors, FF3usME is better in every other aspect.
There's also a bunch of FF3 US documents around, I believe all the tools and a few documents are on the site.
