This allows for game designers to load a minigame, that uses the contents of an existing game, or to unlock stuff on that game, or whatever. It also allows for people with a PC-GBA link cable...

I managed to create an Action Replay V3 code, to allow the only GBA video I own, to run on the Gameboy player. (and bypass the "(Not Compatible with) Gameboy Player" screen.)
