Question about submitting Translation content

Howdy, although I have visited the main zophar's site for some years now, this is my first time in the forums here.

I'm nearing completion of a re-translation project for the original Metal Gear on the MSX (beta testing now). (Metal Gear had a UK release in english but 42% of the messages were removed from it in comparison to the Japanese original and the script was somewhat shoddy)

Since I will be releasing a patch for it soon, I'm wondering about the best ways I can get it out to the emulation community so that it will be used. If I post here is there a possibility that it will be hosted in Zophar's Domain's Translation section? Should I e-mail one of the listed moderators instead? (I thought against the latter as it could be bothersome) Any help or advice would be great, thanks!

Oh and for information on the progress and details of the project:
