How do I properly convert miniUSF files?

I have tried getting the raw binary for the LazyUSF program, then I realized it wasn't for WinAmp. That's when I decided to get 64th note. I configured the specified plugin, however the raw file won't play. May somebody please help me with this problem? (For reference, I got the installer of 64th Note [URL="http://hcs64.com/usf/"]here[/URL], not the source code or the binary)

You need to have the .usflib file in the same directory as the .miniusf files.
