RBY graphics decompression
 
I need a decompresser for the pokemon graphics (in battle) for RBY.
Yes, I have looked extensively on Google, and Zophar doesn't have it either.
Maybe they don't make one...

If you mean Pokemon gold and Silver then try this

Okay, can someone provide me with some sort of compression algoritm for the graphics? Or just how they're compressed?

Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow were not for the GBA... therefore the chances of it being ARM based are abolutely nil, since the GB/GBC ran on a Z80 or compatible variant last I was aware of... <img src=smilies/upeyes.gif>

If it's already information that's readily available, that's great...otherwise, though, you're probably going to wind up having to track it down yourself. Although it's expensive, you might want to invest in a copy of Interactive Disassembler Pro (or IDA Pro as it's usually called). It's pretty useful for picking apart binaries for practically any processor or platform you could think of. :>
