TMNT 4 with 4 Players

Salutations. I was curious in knowing if there exists a way to play a 4 player version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the SNES ROM. It'd be cool to have my friends play with me in that sort.

something like that would require extensive assembly hacking. Is it possible? Probably.

I would recommend finding the arcade version.
It supports up to four players, so if you have those cool logitech ps2 controllers or some usb adaptors you're set.

Yeah, I played it on my computer using MAME at one point, and 4 player can be fun when everyone's there.

For this, though, I was asking due to the whole Wii Emulator setup and questioned if there was a console version for 4 people.

Note, I don't have a Wii yet, this is something a friend was curious about.

In that case, does the Wii SNES9x version have 4 player input support? If it doesn't, hacking the ROM to hell and back would be futile.

Actually, it DOES emulate the multitap.
