Any sound files tag editors (NSFE, SPC, etc)? And is there NSF to NSFE converter?

I have a NSFE for Mega Man 4 and noticed that the tags say that the composers/artists are Ojalin, Bun Bun where it should be: Minae Fujii and Yasuaki Fujita instead.
To my surprise, these where the Megaman 4 composers pseudonyms!
In any case, since I would like to edit the NSFE file tags to their proper name, especially since I use last.fm scrobber.

And is there any way to convert NSF to NSFE?
This would be usefull since NSF files don't support tags.

Also... please do mention any tools available to edit tags in SPC files as well.
For linux there is http://purinchu.net/kfile_spc/
And for mac there is http://homepage.mac.com/squirrel2/id666/

Thank you!

Download Winamp and NotSoFatso.

Both of these can be downloaded from Winamp.com

Is there anything for linux?

I'm currently looking at NotSoFatso source code and see if I can make anything out of it in Linux.

(if there was a simple windows application to edit the tags, I could proabably run it in wine, but since it's a winamp plugin... I have some doubts)

http://sourceforge.net/projects/vgmtoolbox/files/

VGMToolbox has an NSFE tagger it works on Linux or so I've been told.

Winamp runs fine on wine.
At least last time I tried.
