Damnit. I got a new Xbox modchip (my other one got a short somehow), and I'm going to install the increpid d0 point.. when I accidentally manage to pull out the trace. ARGH. I hate my life. -_- The chip wasn't working before this (pin header), so I was going wire install, when it happened.

You pulled out a wire trace? Never heard of that happening. If you're lucky, it might be repairable.

It might be fixable. Post a pic.

I'll post a pic later. For the mean time, I got it to boot with my modchip still. The thing doesn't work after a reset, however. Twice already after resetting from the front I get a FRAG (Flashing red and green). I think it has to do with the grounding of the chip, so I'mma fix that later.

I might be getting an old Xbox from a friend for $75...I'm thinking about softmodding it. The Evox interface looks so pretty. <img src=smilies/eek5.gif>
