I know there are a lot of public photo hosting sites, and plenty of places that will sell you virtual tour assembly services, and plenty of existing virtual tours, but are there in existence public virtual tour housting sites? I'm thinking of something like a user-generated Terraserver/Google Maps/whatever from ground level that can be navigated with a single non-obnoxious interface. I'm having trouble coming up with search terms that point me to anything existing.
Just the compelling overambitious idea of the day.
