Hello, All!

Over the last couple of weeks, I updated five of my emulators for
Android: VGBAnext, Speccy, MasterGear, fMSX, and ColEm. The main change
is the final fix to assigning gamepad buttons to keyboard keys. See
below for all the changes.

VGBAnext 6.6.2 -- GameBoy Advance, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Classic Emulator
* Final fix to gamepad button assignments to keyboard keys.
* Fixed vulnerability when unzipping files, as reported by Google.
* Fixed possible crash when unpausing app during exit sequence.
* Fixed possible crash in the State Exchange.
* Now showing folder name in the title instead of complete path.
* Now disabling keyboard options if there is no keyboard.
* Lowest supported Android version is Android 4.4 (SDK-19) now.

Speccy 5.9.4 -- Sinclair ZX Spectrum and Sam Coupe Emulator
* Another fix to gamepad assignments to keyboard keys.
* Now showing folder name at the title instead of complete path.
* Now disabling keyboard options if there is no keyboard.
* Fixed possible crash when unpausing app during exit sequence.
* Fixed possible crash in the State Exchange.

MasterGear 4.9.3 -- Sega MasterSystem, GameGear, SG-1000 Emulator
* Another fix to gamepad assignments to keyboard keys.
* Now showing folder name in the title instead of complete path.
* Now disabling keyboard options if there is no keyboard.

fMSX 6.0.3 -- MSX, MSX2, MSX2+ Emulator
* Another fix to gamepad assignments to keyboard keys.
* Now showing folder name in the title instead of complete path.
* Now disabling keyboard options if there is no keyboard.

ColEm 5.6.4 -- ColecoVision and Coleco Adam Emulator
