I really like the idea of this device. In principle its pretty awesome hah
It would be cool if an open console hardware of this style took hold. I would wish for it to have a 16-bit cpu and something like the Yamaha opl3 fm-synth sound chip. Also, even though its for retro, a digital video output would make sense considering not many people these days have TVs/Monitors that will upscale low-res analog well (I imagine the HD upscale on a 360x224 res is not pretty). All adding to the price/complexity which is getting off track for the purpose of this device. Annnnnyway..
