Yes, that's right. Every funky, beer and/or cat hair caked keyboard deserves to be crisp and clean, so throw that sucker in with your Fantastic Four McDonald's cup, click on over to Pots n' Pans Cycle, and begin ignition sequence.

NOTE: I just did this without removing any keys and my KB's working perfectly after about 6 hours of fan drying. Some keyboards survive, others are destroyed. User discretion is advised.

Wow, I would've thought that keyboards in the dishwasher would destroy them (soap not rinsing out the cracks maybe?) In any case, I don't have a dishwasher :(

Keyboard is just a plastic sheet thing with wires. I think it would be easier to just take off the keys and wash them. It dries allot faster like that.

Taking off all the keys is definitely safer and yields faster drying, but popping them off, sorting through them, and putting them back on takes time. I have an open cooling vent that I just stuck my keyboard in, so the drying wasn't as much of an issue.

The rinse cycle seemed to be pretty thorough. I did have to "shake" the keyboard out, though, since there's lots of water reservoirs -- about 104 with all the keys on, in fact.

Honestly, I hadn't thought of that yet.
