Anyone who's played the prototype ROM of the unreleased "Tecmo Cup Football Game" for the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive has seen that Tecmo went with a parrot to do commentary, as kind of a weird joke. But has anyone been able to capture all of the parrot's emotions in pictures and GIFs? I'm pretty sure that would be quite useful when talking about soccer games on social media platforms such as Twitter.
