Your best bet would be learning how to properly hack a game and when you've some way to prove you could really make a great hack yourself (and need someone to assist you for example graphically-wise), ask for people to help you out.

Currently, you're sounding like a newbie who really doesn't know what he's doing so that's why the "how much are you paying" feedback.
