I'd say its lingering with some of the core people and some new stragglers. Can't really goto other gaming related forums due to the lack of intelligent people and mature discussion without "omghax cloud is tha best evar" style posting.

I basically stopped posting here when Sam wtfpwn'd my other login, though I would lurk every so often and read up on what people are doing/talking about.
It is a good, quality forum though. Most posts are on topic and to the point. The regulars here are patient and answer questions to the best of thier ability.
At least that's my impression from my short time here.
