Software needed for outbound dialing campaigns

Hi guys, just wanted to ask if anyone knows a software that my brother could use in a call center he is putting up. He needs an outbound dialer that could manage dialing campaigns simply and efficiently. I really need your recommendations please. Thanks

There are a lot of software in the market today that he could use. I think it also depends on what he needs. Here are some good software that he might consider, InterDialog UCCS, Crazy Call and Interactive Intelligence. Good luck to your brother!
