Sick of being sick.

Four weeks ago I had moderate fever. Then I got better.
Three weeks ago I had a really bad flu. Then I got better.
Today I wake up sick yet again, after feeling fine last night.
WTF?

But the thing is, in my case I did recover (fully, as far as I could tell). Also, I haven't been kissing anyone.

But I'll probably go see a doctor, just in case.

Good move Isildur. You can never be too careful.

I'ld see a doctor just in case, but if you felt good before going to bed I'ld also change the sheets, pillow cases, and blankets, they could still hold germs from the flu, or maybe they didn't rinse fully in the wash and the detergent residue or fumes from it are making you feel sick. :)

Are you really thin, lack muscle AND fat, and get 7 hours of sleep or less per night?

If you answered yes to at least 3 of those, then you need to exercise, eat more balanced meals, and sleep more. I know it sucks when you understand your life is just work, eat, sleep, but eventually a moment will come when you understand it's just for a short period of time...

I usually make up for it by sleeping most of Saturday, though. And I've kept odd hours for years.

You know there's a form of the flu that I just remembered from last year that you have to take an antibiotic to get rid of, and are you near a power plant or a hospital, when I lived next door to the hospital I used to get sick all the time and someone told me that smoke from incinerators used to burn medical waste can make you sick if run at a lower temp than recommended *to save money* and from smoke from powerplants *they sometimes shutoff air scrubbers to save a ton of money and could care less about anyone getting sick for a profit*

That's why then... I've been sleeping 4 hours a day except friday nights and saturday nights for 3 years, and it finally kicked in... You just get a little cold and it becomes a lung infection very quick.
