An ex-roomate of mine played it quite a bit, but I couldn't stomach more than 20 minutes of it. Spending hours on end fishing, farming, making clothes, etc is not my idea of fun. I'd enjoy doing them more for real, and all three would be hell.
Though, a mutual aquaintance of ours was a pot dealer, and played it a *lot*; he would take items my roomate had found/bought and trade them for smoke, so I guess it's not all that bad.
