My totally tubular new computer (that I might purchase, specs for review))

Well, I was supposed to have bought this months ago, but have only now gotten around to it. I have put together a set of specs for the core components of the machine I am going to put together. This is actually the first computer I will have built.

I would appreciate feedback on the core components. How did I do?

I don't really follow hardware too much, so I really wouldn't be able to tell if I was being ripped off or not. What do you think?

That'll be a really nice rig, and the prices seem pretty good. Double check all components on newegg before you buy, tho'. You might be able to save even more.

Don't buy anything from TigerDirect. They have poor customer service, and their rebates are bad as well. Check directcanada.com (free shipping on orders over $150), ncix.com (chance to get an open box item, but DirectCanada is usually cheaper anyway) and pricenetwork.ca (you can check for prices on hardware to help with price matching). My vote goes to directcanada.com
