I would, if it would not be out of place, like to propose moving "FireNES" which is currently in the Java emulators section, to the Frontends section.
Like other frontends, it does not actually emulate anything, it simply provides a GUI for an emulator (in this case, vNES, which is my project). FireNES links back to an Argentinian server where games lists and ROMs are loaded from, typically - they have on more than one occasion simply hotlinked ROMs from my website.
