Seeing the Utah Symphony, along with a full chorus and electric guitar, play One Winged Angel as an encore after two whole hours of orchestral Castlevania, Mario, and Final Fantasy music has made my year.

Yea, I saw them when they were in my town. The video game pianist aka Martin Leung is great. If you get the chance to see it, DO IT.

Lucky son of a...

I almost saw that last year when I was visiting Washington DC (National Symphony Orchestra) . . . It started the day *after* I headed back home.

Heh, I know how that feels, we happened to be in LA the day after they had it at the Hollywood Bowl.
Hoping to catch it in July in Austin.
