Woah hold on...I just checked out the Wii Ware part of the store and came up with nothing. Where do you live?

In the land of 'get fucked by console makers' aka Australia. It came out about, oh, 4 hours ago.

Ah ok...makes sense now. Might as well stay up and see if they release it at midnight.

What are your impressions of it so far?

Aaaah...I can't wait until my Wii gets here. It's taking too long.

Its rather lacking as a browser I find. doesn't remember previously typed addresses, no address bar (so if you typo an address and dont realise before pressing enter, you have to type the whole thing again), no tabs (sure, I could realistically forgive this), the 'navigation' bar takes up about 1/4 of the screen or so, etc. etc.

basically, its extremely sub-standard for a browser, even if it is a console custom.

I hear youtube is like the only real decent thing to do with the wii, along with google video. Either way, I dont plan on really touching it again until a more complete version is avaliable, that allows using of a usb keyboard and mouse (if it can be used with either right now I didn't actually check, but I figure no would be more prominent of an answer than yes).

Also posting from my Wii... I agree that the browser could use some work. I guess it's made more for people that don't use computers? It's a lot easier to use the cell phone-like text pad to type stuff in.

I posted from my PSP once.

I'd bet it's more difficult to type with the PSP's on-screen cell-phone button keyboard layout than it is with the Wii.

You also have to realize it's basically a beta/trial version. The final version isn't due out until a few months down the road, and is reported to eventually have more features added (i.e.: they pulled features that still needed some work before going "live").
