I need some cash (2 stories)

I really need a summer job, but they almost all of them nearby involve working in a restaurant or working outside. The problem with me working outside for so long is that I get sunburns worse than anybody I know. For example, last weekend I volunteered to work both days at the Rattlesnake Roundup (annual festival in my town). The first day I sat at a table stamping hands from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. The problem was the only thing there was only a table, no tents or anything. It was hell! Luckily a vendor lent me his umbrella so the sun wouldn't be so bad. I was pretty sunburned, but nothing major. Now for day two, this time I parked cars, again from 9-5. The funniest thing about being in the sun so long is that you don't have much of a desire to eat. Anyways, I didn't feel too bad after that, but then it started to happen, my face was swollen so bad I looked like George W Bush. : ) The others' sunburns were normal, or they just tanned, but I don't tan at all (vampire?)! I had to stay out from school for 2 days because of it, and it still hasn't healed completely yet. That's why I can't work outside for a long time.

Anyways back to the main topic...

VHD's brother offered him a job working at his store, typing stuff on the computer, selling cell phones and satellite dishes, and all that good stuff. Now I'm the only one without a job. There doesn't seem to be any ones available yet. And I really need some money so I can get some better electronics and other stuff. I don't have a car, no license (just the learner's permit), no job, and no cash. I'm screwed. : (

Just a thought, sunscreen, there are some that completely block the sun and others that partially block it and let you tan, and even people who have trouble tanning eventually will and the stuff in your skin that I believe is called melonin*SP* can be bought in health food store as a sleep inducer also has a side effect of tanning skin even when there is no regular sun eposure. :)

Aren't you confusing Melanin and Melatonin? Melanin is responsible for skin color, and Melatonin has to do with sleep cycles.
