It has a vague familiar feeling, although I have no idea from where. Can you send me the entire thing?

Bingo. Thanks. Is it the theme song of anything? I could swear it was, but when I checked out TV Land theme songs and none matched, which was when I came here!

Don't know if it was the theme song in anything, but it's been in various movie soundtracks, such as:

Bridget Jone's Diary
Dogma
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Lord of Illusions (cover done by Erasure)

Also was in the soundtrack for the TV Show Cold Feet, as well as used in a Nestle Quality Street commercial
