what the hell does this mean: Site error: the file /home/fffancom/public_html/forums/inferno/engine/inferno_engine.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.
is this a problem with my Web browser or the site admin or soemthing?
