Can't submit music file

I'm trying to submit a music file for Dragon Quest 7, but when I try to submit the file, I am getting an error message saying that I have not entered a game name, even though I entered "Dragon Quest VII." Is there some character that can't be used in the title?
 
Hotmail wouldn't let me send the file because it exceeded 25 MB. By the way, what type of format does the file need to be?
 
Sorry for taking so long to reply, I just wanted to say, this website is for music files extracted out of the game. For playstation, this is a PSF file.

We do not upload MP3 files. There are other sites for that, like http://downloads.khinsider.com/
However, I do believe Square Enix frowns upon uploading their MP3s online, which is likely why they don't have it uploaded either.
