I was wondering if it would be possible to let people know if a .GSF file was really a .minigsf file before downloading since the minigsf has lower quality than a .gsf.

who says that a minigsf is lower quality? Could you explain this one to me?

You can usually tell by file size, but they pretty much always have .minigsf as the extension anyway. Or do you mean that the whole set uses minigsf rather than just gsf?
And I second the "wut". minigsf is just a more efficient way of handling the fact that tracks share most data in common (indeed with the saptapper rips I think all that's in the .minigsf is tags and a song number).

Then you can mess with the interpolation. Check the plug-in options, assuming you're using Highly Advanced.
