I want to rip some graphics from Secret of Mana but don't really feel like pressing the screenshot key in zsnes a million times...and dealing with ripping the tiles then opening an image program, then creating a palette file, then loading it is way too involved and my patience is limited for this sort of thing. So, any clue on a tile editor that I can load the entire color palette that SoM uses so I can just rip the GFX with 1 easy step? I haven't use any tile editors in a long time, and it was only TLP.

YY Chr. Emulator state load is F12. It supports Zsnes at least, and it looks like Snes9x as well (although I don't know that format, so I can't say for sure.)

Sadly YY-CHR doesn't support SNES 3BPP mode. If Secret of Mana uses 4BPP mode it's fine but if not you'll have to do a little work. First, copy a ROM to use to store graphics, open the SoM ROM and the copied ROM in TLP, then set the mode for the SoM ROM to SNES 3BPP and the copied ROM to 4BPP. Copy all the graphics you want from SoM into the other ROM, save that ROM, open it in YY-CHR, load your state, and you have your graphics with the correct palette. Worked for me when I was ripping so graphics from FF4

Just an alternative. Dump the graphics using FEIDIAN, then just reinsert them into a blank file in 4bpp mode. It would only take two command lines if you know the offset.

feidian -cr snes8,[whatever],[whatever],offset som.smc lala.bmp
feidian -ci 3bpp8,[whatever],[whatever],0 lala.bmp 4bpptiles.bin

That's a bit faster than manually dragging every tile over between two ROM files.
