View Full Version : Classic Gaming in 3D!

11-02-2004, 05:10 AM
I've recently started a challenge for 3D artists to create 3D artwork from classic games (started the challenge at3DFightclub.com (http://www.3dfightclub.com/)). It's a weekly challenge that I'm looking to get rolling with entries by me and others. Here's the three that I've created so far, they were really fun to model! I'll model more rare and interesting games as time progresses :)

Super Mario Bros

Bubble Bobble

And Mike Tyson's: Punchout

Any ideas for future challenges, or ones you'd particularly like see? Comments or criticisms on the work so far? It's an enjoyable project so far. Hope you guys like it! I thought it was certainly within the realm of discussion here.

Hum, how about Crystalis and Ghosts & Goblins, though if getting the characters to look right is too hard you could always try Kid Icarus and Twinbee.
