A new Neo Geo Emulator for DOS, not much is known about it, except that it is very fast, has PCM sound, and runs a few games, including Samurai Showdown 2. There is a utility you can use to convert the ROMs it runs. Unless you have a slow computer, you're probably better off with MAME.
