YAPE v0.60

A Commodore-16 emulator, YAPE, has been updated today. The author has merged the PAL and NTSC builds, so there is no longer a need for separate releases. Also new:

Chrystal clock divisor emulation
Luminance dowsampling in true video display emulation mode
Many bugfixes
