UltraMAME v1.6

Another version of Peter Rittwage's MAME frontend has been released. This was just before the new MAME v0.77 release, though. Here's what's new:

You can substitute HISTORY.DAT for MAMEINFO.DAT in this version. The program still calls it MAMEINFO, but it will parse and use the history file just fine
