uCON64 v1.9.8beta8

uCON64, a wonderful emulator's Swiss Army knife program, has been updated to v1.9.8beta8. The largest major change is that the Win32 port no longer requires cygwin.dll; it is a native Windows program now. You can grab the updated sources and binaries from our General Utilities for Unix and our General Utilities for Windows/DOS pages! Thanks to Dirk for the news!
