UberNES v1 Revision 2

UberNES, an NES emulator for Windows written in Visual C++, was updated recently! Here is what's new:

Added load/save state feature
Added graphical state browser for easy loading/saving
Added .ZIP support
Database contents can now be sorted by world statistics
Fixed minor sprite bug
