TR64 OpenGL Plugin v0.8.4

Icepir8 has updated his OpenGL GPU Nintendo 64 plugin! Here's what's new:

Fixed some display issues. I now make adjustments for the status bar in the windowed mode
Added better uCode detection. I am still working on this but it is a lot better than before. (This should make you happy Rice :P)
