The Playstation Hacking doc, Redux

posted in Technical Docs News by gavin on Dec 7th, 2005

As noted by his post on our message forums, Cless of Phantasian Productions has released a completely re-written PSX hacking document aptly titled, "The PlayStation hacking doc Version 2." Included at the top of the document is a brief message to those who followed along with the original guide where Cless points out the unfortunate instability of PSX2HD. Anyone who had previously given up hope for Playstation 1 hacking due to PSX2HD's poor performance may want to give it another shot using the new methods outlined in the document that do not utilize said tool... that is, of course, if they hadn't figured out an alternative by now. Anyway, thanks to Cless for taking the time to remake his document and letting us know on the forums. You can snag a copy from our Translation/Hacking Documents section, from Cless' own website, or from right here.
