SNES Center v0.2
posted in Frontend News by narvick on Mar 13th, 2004Raver let us know that he has updated his great frontend for ZSNES and Snes9x today. Added in this release or some really nice features. Make sure to visit the homepage, as there are dat files and screenshots available for download for use with SNES Center! New in this version:
- Changed from GoodSNES v0.997 to v2.01
- Added 'Region' to the Filter Menu, you can now filter for Europe, USA, Japan, German, French, and Spain - and with all combinations of Players and Genre
- Web Update Menu integrated, SNES Center will check if your versions of the Main Program and Games Database are up to date. Still somewhat buggy...
- Loading Progress Bar implemented
- Renamed Options to Settings and added the Background Sub-Menu where you can choose a different background image (1 to 4 at the moment)
- Lots of new screenshots with this release, complete 0-a with 350+ Games supported
- Changed Genre V-Scroller to V-/H-Scroller, added Shooter
- Internal Optimizations, mostly faster image handling
- There was a bug within the Clear Button Function: fixed
