SmoothMAME v0.77u2

SmoothMAME, a variant of MAME that allows games to be played at a 60Hz rate, was updated yesterday. Those who wish to use this must do a clean build or else compilation will not work. Also, only the sources and command line versions were updated. Here's a listing of what is new:

General Source Changes:

CHDman updates, with added checks to make sure source chd's aren't corrupt when doing updates etc
Fixed Grand Striker 2 dipswitches
Found the way the OTIR/INIR instructions affect the PF flag and removed the look-up tables
Fixed a few v60 floating point opcodes
Merged taito_x.c and seta.c video hardware, this is correct but due to some differences in the drivers a few glitches have been introduced in twinhawk that will need investigating
Mess Related Updates
Improved bg gfxdecode in missb2, but the backgrounds still haven't been hooked up yet
Improved / Fixed Ym2610 save states
SCSP fixes (improves music in some games a little)
Improved Mysterious Stone driver based on schematics
Improved Raiden drum volume Balance
