SmoothMAME Discontinued

Another MAME variant has been discontinued, SmoothMAME. This was a popular variant that forced games to play at 60Hz to eliminate flicker. We bid farewell to this emulator and wish the author, Twisty, the best of luck. Maybe something else will come up?
