SCDToolz, a Sega/Mega CD auditing and authoring tool, has been updated recently. Here is what's new:

Added many detection routine for multiple CD games.
Added a DUPE detector.
Improved the interface :)
Removed some stupid bugs.
Implemented a web updated DEVELOPPERS list.
Changed the update server.
