RAINE v0.39.4d

There have been a couple different versions of RAINE v0.39.4 that were released shortly after one another. Here's what's new for all of them:

Only 1 new game: Fever S.O.S. (which is actually a clone of Feveron)
Fixed missing sound effects in Sengoku Ace/Samurai Ace. How could this bug stay unnoticed for so long??!!
Fixed numerous alignment problems in the new Taito F2 driver
Fixed priorities problems in Magical Cat Adventure and Gunbird
Added line scroll effect to all cave games (only Uopoko had it previously, actually Feveron and Fever SOS are probably the ones which use it the most besides Uopoko), and added the "row fetch" effect to the cave driver (see Sailor Moon for the most spectacular use of the effect, and Donpachi uses it a little too)
A few minor alignment problems in cave games were fixed too
Fixed quite a few bugs in the line scroll code and accelerated line scroll on vertical screens (Feveron for example)
Added Region selection to the cave games using it in the EEPROM. Thanks to MAME for the trick to do it, and I am glad to see they find these region codes interesting too, sometimes!!
