Project Tempest, v0.51

Project Tempest has been released as an SDL version. The author states that there isn't yet any sound, configurable buttons or a user interface. He also states that you should have at least a 2+ ghz processor to use it. You can check this emulator out at our Atari Jaguar Emulators page.
