pickleLauncher v0.5.0 for BeOS

There has been another release of pickleLauncher, the BeOS frontend for cli applications. There are a few changes:

Bug fixes - Invalid Path error popped up when no value in extensions
GUI touchups
BFilePanel selection of command and folder paths
